Floral, fruit-driven, and highly expressive, this new Reserve release from Risaralda, Colombia showcases Café UBA’s Maypop Cultured Washed process.

This Caturra and Castillo lot is fermented with passionfruit and curuba alongside selected microorganisms under restricted oxygen for more than 144 hours, creating a bright, layered cup with notes of orange blossom, strawberry, and peach.
