Raspberry harvest from our backyard this morning! Raspberries (and blackberries) are my FAVORITE source of fiber! I’m shooting for 30 grams a day and a cup of raspberries has 8 grams of fiber!! Tried a new recipe tonight from ground beef Mediterranean stir fry! I didn’t have garlic (gasp!) so I used sweet and red onions instead. And you know I am always looking to add more fiber so I added a can of beans! Topped with basil, chervil (from my garden!) dill and parsley! It was delicious and so quick!

Picked up some beautiful produce at the yesterday! Beets and rainbow chard from - these beet greens were DELICIOUS sautéed with the chard and zucchini flowers! Monday message- if you don’t like beets try the beet greens!!! 🫜 they are packed with minerals, vitamins and fiber!!

Week 5 of the Healing kitchen - balancing hormones was amazing!! Lovely group of ladies! We had coconut kitchari (rice, lentils, coconut milk and spices) chicken shawarma, easy tahini sauce, and a roasted carrot salad with feta/pistachio crumble!
