We are currently looking for a line cooks & counter servers who are ready for opportunities to learn and grow.
We are looking for 4-5 days a week of availability; shifts are anticipated to be 6-8 hours long.
We hire as a variable hour employee and measure hours in the first 60 days to meet insurance eligibility requirements.
Pay rate is $16-17/hr depending on experience PLUS tips. Tips are shared equally between all positions!
All hourly team member positions at the location will share tips, responsibilities and uphold our core values.

What you'll do
Work independently & with a team to run a successful shift
Take direction and feedback to accomplish the days tasks
Uphold Oregon Health Code
Clean & Maintain Cooking Equipment & restaurant facilities by following the daily/weekly/monthly cleaning lists
Learn cooking techniques, recipes to prepare the menu items
Learn time management & organizational skills to maximize and efficiently complete the orders as they are taken
Maintain a clean & well-organized space, setting your fellow line cooks up for success by ensuring pars are maintained and ingredients are fully stocked
Follow a systemized approach to completing the days tasks
Communicate verbally with team members and leadership to bring your bright ideas/suggestions/feedback to their attention and to take direction in order to continue to grow
What you can expect of the work environment
Near continuous requirement to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, grasp, twist & turn, talk, listen, and hear. Consistent fine actions with fingers and hands; and repetitive motions with hands, wrists, arms, shoulders, and feet
Occasionally required to stoop and climb ladders or stepstools
As needed, position requires sitting and crawling.
Consistently required to lift, carry, push, pull, grasp up to 25 pounds frequently to continuously without assistance; Up to 50-100 pounds occasionally with assistance
Standing continuously for up to 12 hours a day
Work performed requires medium physical strength & endurance
Consistently required to use near and peripheral vision, in addition to depth perception
Fast paced rushes for lunch & dinner
Small team - typically 1-2 line cooks scheduled per dining period (not including management)
Close quarters
Moderate to High Noise Level
