🎉 Happy Birthday to the man behind CFF! 🎉

Today we get to celebrate someone who means so much to our family, our business, and this community — Jimmy Collins!

For more than 40 years, Jim has poured an incredible amount of hard work, dedication, and heart into Collins Fine Foods. What the store is today didn’t happen overnight. It was built through decades of early mornings, long days, countless sacrifices, big ideas, and a commitment to always taking care of the people who walk through our doors.

But if you know Jim, you know his impact goes far beyond the business he has built. He is one of the hardest-working people you’ll ever meet, the kind of person who would drop what he’s doing to help someone without expecting anything in return, and somehow still manages to be the funniest person in the room. There is never a shortage of stories, jokes, or laughs when Jim is around. 😂

He has taught us that running a great business isn’t just about what you sell — it’s about how you treat people, the relationships you build, the pride you take in your work, and the way you show up day after day. So much of what Collins Fine Foods stands for today is a reflection of the example he has set over the last four decades.

As his family, we are incredibly proud of everything he has accomplished, but even more proud of the person he is. We are lucky to have him as our dad, boss, mentor, problem-solver, comedian, and the person we can always count on.

Happy Birthday, Dad! ❤️ Thank you for everything you have built, everything you have taught us, and everything you continue to do for our family, our employees, our customers, and our community.

Join the CFF Team!

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Sales Associate to join our team for approximately 30 hours per week. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, helping customers, and being part of a fun, supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!

What you'll be doing:
-Slicing meats and cheeses
-Helping customers during our busy lunch rush
-Preparing sandwiches, salads, and other menu items
-Making local deliveries
-Stocking shelves, coolers, and displays
-Assisting with food preparation and catering orders
-Cleaning work areas, washing dishes, and maintaining a sanitary workspace
-Breaking down boxes and helping keep the store organized
-Following food safety and sanitation guidelines

What we're looking for:
-Must be 18 years of age or older
-Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
-Able to work a flexible schedule
-Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting 10+ pounds
-Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-Strong customer service skills and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
-Valid driver's license and a good driving record (for deliveries)

We're looking for someone we can count on to help our team get through our busy lunch rush while providing excellent customer service. We work hard, but we also enjoy what we do and strive to create a positive, enjoyable workplace every day.

Looking for fewer hours? We'd also be happy to consider hiring two part-time team members to share this position if that better fits your schedule. Whether you're looking for part-time work, semi-retired, or simply seeking a flexible opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!
