Introducing…….sandwiches! Tomorrow at the Farmers Market of Madawaska, Maine we will be serving sandwiches as well as our coffee and baked goods.

This is oven roasted turkey with smoked provolone cheese, on a garlic and herb focaccia bread (try it with added pesto - it’s delicious!!). We will also have black forest ham and plain focaccia available.

As always, everything we serve is gluten free. The bread is also dairy and egg free, for those sensitive to those ingredients as well.

Friday we will be serving lemon poppyseed muffins, cinnamon rolls, and cookies.

We blend our own gluten free flour for the best flavor in our baked goods. Just five ingredients go into it, each carefully weighed before mixing together. This becomes an all purpose flour that tastes so good in food that you don’t even miss the gluten.

☕️ Schedule this week! ☕️

This is the week farmers market season officially starts for us! We will be at the Madawaska and the Van Buren Farmers Markets both this summer, so keep an eye on our page to see where we'll be each week.

This week:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday - Van Buren. 7-10am.
Saturday - Farmers Market of Madawaska, Maine. 10am-1pm

The Madawaska Farmers Market location has moved this year to the Madawaska Multi-Purpose Center, at 160 - 7th Ave, Madawaska, ME. This new location is going to be great!

We are working on our baked goods menu for the farmers market now. If there's something you'd especially like to see at the truck, leave a comment below.
