Thursday Night Men’s Meetup
How to Ask for Help as a Man—and Take Constructive Feedback
Suggested by Jordan G.
Why can asking for help feel like weakness, even when we know we need it? And when someone offers honest feedback, why do we sometimes become defensive instead of listening?
This Thursday, we’ll talk openly about:
What prevents men from asking for help?
How do you know whom you can trust?
What is the difference between constructive feedback and criticism?
Why do we become defensive?
What is the best advice you initially resisted—but later realized you needed?
How can we support another man without trying to control or “fix” him?
Come ready to share, listen, or simply be part of the conversation.
Thursday at 7:00 PM

Tonight’s Topic: If You Ever Had the Chance to Be Heroic…
If you suddenly found yourself in a situation where someone needed help, what do you think you would do?
Would you step in, freeze, think first, or act without hesitation?
Have you ever been in a situation in the past where you did something brave, protective, or selfless?
And what do you think makes someone truly heroic?
