A bourbon cocktail with a grape plot twist.

September’s Cocktails for a Cause feature, THROUGH THE GRAPEVINE, brings Featherbone Bourbon, concord grape cordial, red w**e reduction and lemon together in a coupe, finished with a mist of black pepper.

Then there’s the garnish: CO₂-infused grapes that fizz when you bite them. Think Pop Rocks, fresh off the vine.

Expect tart, tannic and refreshing—with a little surprise between sips.

For every one poured, we’re donating $1 to Dunes Learning Center and matching it with another $1. That’s $2 supporting programs that inspire lasting curiosity and stewardship of the natural world.

Something to talk about. Something to give back to. On the menu all September.
