We were honored to serve the staff of Family Feud today at Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta. We made Banana Pudding, Chocolate Velvet, Strawberry Blonde and Peanut Butter & Jelly… they were all made yesterday afternoon and evening. Christie and I love the staff and we have enjoyed both of our visits; however, today was a whole lot less stressful than being contestants two weeks ago!

Pi Day was a huge success. Thanks to everyone that came out and waited patiently in line. Extra thanks to Madie, Jessie and Christie for working so hard to crank out all those banana splits and keeping folks rolling through as quickly as possible.

I helped some but I was mostly in the back making a few homemade flavors to deliver to a business tomorrow. Their employees are going to feel so loved. I made chocolate chip cookie dough (video), banana pudding and one I’m calling Very Vanilla. We are taking some other flavors from the freezer as well.

This Thursday is Pi Day (3/14). We have partnered with our neighbor BLAZE PIZZA to offer two fantastic deals… pizza and a banana split for $3.14 each. Unlike pi, this deal will end so come in from 1-8 THURSDAY. Happy Pi Day!

Sprinkles turned our lobby into a racetrack today. Speaking of races, I’d hurry the kids down for a cool refreshing treat while there is still a chance… we will be closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day so that we can enjoy time with our families.

Sprinkles is still having fun at the ice cream shop. She was just hanging out last night. We are hoping she doesn’t figure out how to get into the dipping cabinet and tastes the Cookie Monster or Superman ice cream. So far we haven’t seen any blue lips :)

We just delivered 270 cups of DELICIOUSNESS to an elementary school this morning for a behavior party. Over two thirds of those students will be sporting blue tongues because they ordered Superman or Cookie Monster. Two can’t have sugar so we got them a no sugar added option. One of the administrators told us that his teachers loved the fact that the ice cream was dipped in cups with a lid in our freezer ready to give each child. We dropped off the freezer with a box of spoons at 7:15am and I told him I’d pick up the freezer at 3pm. It doesn’t get any more convenient PLUS you get the best ice cream in South Georgia.
