We have experienced a mechanical failure with our grinder that requires off-site professional repair, and temporarily limits our ability to keep your local case stocked with ground meats and sausages.

Steaks, chicken, and many other products remain unaffected. We have some of our supply of ground beef to get the restaurant through the week.

If you’re making a special trip for the butcher counter from a distance, please be welcomed to call ahead. Tell us what you’re looking for and when you plan to visit. We’ll confirm availability and arrange to have your order ready whenever possible.

As a small business, we want to get back online soon as possible, as we know that a lot of people depend on our meats exclusively to (prudently) avoid big box retailer meat.

Retail ground meat to individuals is a big chunk of our business, so we appreciate your support for local agriculture and encourage you to come in and let us help you find a new (temporary) favorite if you were looking for our house grind this week. ❤️
