We have the best staff! Thank you everyone at First Chair, Russell’s and Los Amigos! This was one of the last times anyone can hang out on the Los Amigos deck. After 54 years operating, Los Amigos will close its door after this next winter. Los will be focused on fun this winter with drink specials, bringing back old menu items, and legacy nights. Come see us and relive the old days of apres on the Los deck for one last winter! Check back in throughout the season for more details.

Our Story

Los Amigos, Vail's oldest Mexican restaurant, offers fine Mexican dining at reasonable prices for both lunch and dinner. Los Amigos has been anchored at the top of Bridge Street since 1972. With Vail Villages best view of the slopes, winter and summer, Los Amigos' outside deck is always occupied. Everyone enjoys a margarita while watching skiers trying one last plunge down Pepi's Face or watching kids play at Pirate Ship Park. Among our veteran staff, we draw inspiration from our Hispanic kitchen who have created unique authentic Mexican dishes like Steak Tacos: a delicious blend of sauteed diced sirloin steak, cilantro, onions in white corn tortillas with special tomatilla sauce. Great Atmosphere, Great Food, Great Price, Family Friendly.

Come on in and try some of our award winning green chili and prices. If you are looking for a quick bite to eat while up on the mountain, call ahead and place an order for pickup. You should be able to finish your lunch by the time you get off Gondola One. We are more affordable than anywhere on the mountain. After you have had a long day on the mountain, come sit on our deck, have some nachos, an alcoholic beverage, and enjoy the company of your good friends.
