To all our wonderful friends and family of Campo de Fiori, we have been so truly blessed with 20 unbelievably successful and amazing years in Vail. We love Colorado mountain living and have loved being an institution and a special part of the Vail community.
We would like let you know, that regrettably we were not able to work out a new lease in our Vail location and will be closing the restaurant on April 7, 2018.
From the very first day we opened 20 years ago, we felt your amazing support and love! There is something so special about Campo. It is a place that was built with love, joyous expression and the desire to care for our guests. We have served hundreds of thousands of guests and so many have become our friends and part of our family.
We have also had some of the most amazing employees that any restaurant could wish for. There are so many incredibly talented people, who have brought their love, passion and dedication to Campo each and every day!
We look forward to feeding as many of you as possible throughout the winter! We have truly, truly loved our 20 years in the Vail community and are keeping our eyes and ears open for a new location for Campo de Fiori in Vail.
It has been the most amazing privilege to have attracted so many incredible guests, employees and friends throughout all of these years.
