VINTAGE IS HIRING FOR THE SUMMER SEASON!
Hiring for both Brunch and Dinner positions at our quaint French Brasserie
This is a great opportunity to get trained before the off season is here, make a little extra cash for those upcoming Moab trips and get ready to hit the ground running for Summer!
Full and Part time available.
> 2-4 shifts/week
-- Brunch 8:00am in-time -- Dinner 4:00pm in-time --
- No experience necessary
- Must be able to take direction and understand how to prioritize tasks
- Must be quick and efficient / able to keep up with business demands
- Duties to include:
running all food from kitchen to appropriate table and seat number, bussing and resetting tables and bar, polishing glass and silverware, maintaining cleanliness of bathrooms, assisting bar (ice refill, bus-tub removal, polishing), re-stock and organization of linens, etc.
> 2-4 shifts/week
-- 7:30am in-time --
- Some serving experience required
- Must learn entire menu, be able to guide and make recommendations to guests, know allergens in each dish and be able to answer menu questions
- Must be able to manage entire section; prioritize orders and tasks, make sure all tables have consistent communication, ability to ask for help when needed, basic time and skill management skills
- Keep up with running side-work during shift

- 2 years serving experience required
- Basic wine knowledge required; Advanced wine knowledge a plus
- Must learn entire menu, be able to guide and make pairing recommendations to guests, know allergens in every dish and signature cocktail list and be able to answer all common menu questions
- Must be able to manage a 5 table section while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor
- Must understand how to prioritize; Greeting guests, taking orders, side tasks such as marking and clearing, all while maintaining consistent communication and ensuring the guests have everything they need.
- Keep up with running side-work during shifts
- Be attentive and open to leaning during dinner special meetings and wine training classes
