IT'S FINALLY HAPPENING!!!
I’ve been working toward this dream for years — through every setback, every restart, every moment I wondered if it would ever come together. I’ve had help from my family along the way, and their support is a big part of why I’m still pushing forward.

And now… it’s finally happening.
Asia’s Finest Express is almost here.
I’m shooting for September 1st as opening day. It’s not certain yet, but it’s close — close enough that I can finally say this out loud.

To help cover these last steps, I’m running an egg roll fundraiser from July 14 – August 1. These egg rolls aren’t just food — they’re part of the story, part of the work, part of the dream I’ve been building piece by piece.

Every order helps me move one step closer to opening the doors.
