Most people don’t know but I owe my cake business to Judge Bill Mitchell. When my husband and I got married the cake we ordered from a local cake maker. The cake never came. $750 down the drain. So we sued her. And Judge Mitchell told me while we were in his court room, I should start my own cake business and put her out of business. My husband laughed because I had just started baking and he knew I loved it. And I started it. Not too long after he said that I created Enrish Cakes. And have never looked back. And that cake baker that never brought our cake well she’s no longer baking in Uvalde. I swore that no Bride would ever have to go through that pain while on her wedding day. Despite how you feel about him a life was lost. So thank you Judge for pushing me the direction I needed to go. RIP sir the world is a little less without you here.
