I specialize in making homemade pies completely from scratch. Fruit pies, cream pies and anything you can dream up I will make for you. Pies is what I do.

Anything you can think of I am willing to make. Some of my most common pies are:
-In-season fruit pies, such as apple, peach, strawberry, cherry etc.
- Pumpkin
- Sour Cream Raisin with a mile high Meringue
- Pecan
- Cream pies of all kinds (I love to be creative with these) Banana Cream, Coconut Cream, Chocolate peanut butter, Chocolate, Cookies and Cream, Butterscotch and many more

If you can dream it up I can make it!

All the things happening this time of year. Canning, bread making, and kombucha. I had to get a good sourdough sandwich recipe another try and boy did it turn out well. Made some buns with it too! Gotta love a multipurpose recipe for time consuming things. Barrett got me motivated to make up some more kombucha. He helped make it and picked the flavors. If you can fruit always can up the last of the liquid and save it too. I always seem to have extra liquid that I can then add to things like tea or kombucha.

Some of my new favorite things Sourdough English muffin bread… seriously so good the kids can’t get enough … and some sourdough everything bagel crackers also a great yummy snack had to make some spicy ones for my husband too.

Fresh Jalapeños from the garden and my husband home equals jalapeño cheese sandwich bread can’t wait to see what the middle of the loaf looks like.

Fall apples makes for a great reason to put them in some dough… a braid and apple filled something or others 😊 they are yummy! Do I even make a glaze for them???

Sandwich bread is something I have been making for a while and goes so quick… which is why there is only half of a loaf for the picture 😬😊

Been working on a few things with the garden and all in full swing…powered Kale anyone? Plan on adding this to smoothes, baked goods and whatever else I want to boost the green power!

Today is Family Fun Day at the Pool View Park! Parade line up starts at 12:30 and the parade begins at 1:30! Bring a lawn chair and find a good spot along the route posted below! Fun and games to follow the parade at the park! BBQ Chicken dinner starts at 5!
