The Lake House is perfect for any occasion: birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties, bridal and baby showers, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, small weddings, trainings or seminars, graduation parties, and receptions. It offers a beautiful view of Crystal Lake with easy access to pavilions, playgrounds, and boating in the park. The climate-controlled room can seat 50 people or accommodate

up to 80 people with the inclusion of the outdoor patio. Rental requests should be made at least two weeks in advance. Add a special touch to a wedding or reunion by booking a group boat rental. You’ll get a discount when you plan ahead! Included in Every Rental: use of a prep kitchen with counter space, small microwave, sink, and ice machine, use of refrigerator and freezer. Easel, screen and podium are also available at no extra charge. The Lake House has three new rental package options:

Bronze Package
Rental room, hallway and prep kitchen plus choice of:
LCD projector or TV/DVD
Capacity: 50 seated/60 standing

Silver Package
Rental room, patio hallway and prep kitchen plus choice of:
LCD projector or TV/DVD
Up to five total gallons of beverages: lemonade, iced tea, coffee, hot tea
Fireplace (November - March only)
Capacity: 80 (50 inside) seated/160 standing

Gold Package
Rental room, patio, hallway, prep kitchen, and Lakeside Deck plus choice of:
LCD projector or TV/DVD
Up to 10 total gallons of beverages: lemonade, iced tea, coffee, hot tea
Fireplace (November - March only)
Capacity: 80 (50 inside) seated/160 standing
The Lakeside Deck holds up to 75 chairs you provide. Fees
Mon-Thurs Friday - Sunday

Gold Package $85/hour $95/hour

Those who attended Friday night's Candlelight Serenade: Jazz Edition enjoyed some terrific music from the Blue Note combo and great views of the lakeside deck and patio. It was a cool night, literally and figuratively! ;-) The next Serenade will be on Friday, September 4 with a quartet from the Champaign-Urbana Symphony Orchestra.
