Good BBQ takes time. And we're okay with that.

Our meats are slow-smoked to build that deep, smoky flavor you can't fake.

The kind of BBQ that makes you pause after the first bite like…

“Yep. That's the stuff.” 😋🔥

Stop by Hickory River Smokehouse and taste what slow-smoking is all about!

Dinner just got easier, and a whole lot tastier. Our slow‑smoked meats are sold by the pound, perfect for feeding the whole family. Brisket, pulled pork, ribs, turkey, sausage… pick your favorites and we’ll pack them up fresh from the pit.

Swing by tonight and let us handle the cooking.
