🍱 New Bento at FDA White Oak
🍱 FDA White Oak の新しいお弁当
We’ve created new bento for our Tuesday lunchtime market at the FDA White Oak Campus!
🐟 Salmon Bento with plum & hijiki rice
🌱 Vegan Bento with mixed rice topped with king oyster and enoki mushrooms
We’ll also rotate mains weekly, including mackerel, Baked Karaage Chicken, and ginger pork made with amazake.
🥪 Mini sandwiches are here too, spread with karashi (Japanese mustard) butter and filled with our popular dishes.
Our new bento box is compostable and lined with plant-based PLA, not wax or plastic, so the rice stays moist and delicious.
Both the bento and mini sandwiches sold out on our first day. Thank you!

🐟 梅ひじきごはんのサーモン弁当
🌱 エリンギとえのきをのせた炊き込みごはんのビーガン弁当
このほか、鯖、揚げない唐揚げチキン、甘酒で仕上げた豚の生姜焼きなどの主菜も週替わりでご用意します。
🥪 からしバターを塗ったパンにお惣菜を挟んだミニサンドイッチもあります。
新しいお弁当箱は、ワックスやプラスチックではなく、植物由来の PLA でコーティングされたコンポスタブル容器。ごはんがしっとり美味しいままです。
初日はお弁当もミニサンドイッチも完売しました。ありがとうございました！
