WHISPERS FROM THE KETTLE
Issue No. 3

Dearest Tea Drinkers,

My, my. It seems the swamp has been unusually quiet lately.

And for once, dear readers, it was not because there was nothing worth whispering about.

Word has reached this writer that the lady behind SwampWitch Louise has been rather unwell.

A most unfortunate turn of events, indeed.

But fear not! I am delighted to report that she has made a complete recovery, and the kettles are once again steaming, the tea leaves are stirring, and business is returning to its usual delightful chaos.

And speaking of stirring...

One hears that the autumn and winter blends have been making themselves quite comfortable upon the shelves. Certain newcomers seem rather determined to steal the spotlight from our longtime favorites.

How scandalous.

I shall not name names, but I have it on good authority that Winter Berry, Lantern Bloom, Boglight Citrus, and Golden Hollow have been attracting some curious attention.

Whether they shall become beloved favorites or simply cause a seasonal commotion remains to be seen.

Now, onto matters of considerable importance!

The Kettle Keeper's Social Calendar:

🍂 October 10th | 8:30 AM–12 PM
Alachua County Farmers' Market
13900 Tech City Circle, Alachua, FL

🍂 October 17th | 8 AM–4 PM
McIntosh 1890s Festival
McIntosh, Florida

Two opportunities to browse the tea collection, discover something unexpected, and perhaps exchange a little harmless gossip over the subject of a good cup of tea.

And before I put down my pen, dear readers, there is one matter upon which this writer shall not whisper.

We stand with every Jane Doe!

Every voice deserves to be heard. Every survivor deserves dignity, compassion, and respect. Some matters are far too important to be met with silence.

Now then...

With good health restored, autumn festivities approaching, and whispers of tea traveling through the trees, I suspect the coming weeks shall be anything but dull.

Do keep your kettles close and your ears open.

After all, one never knows what might be steeping behind the scenes.

Until the next whisper,
— The Kettle Keeper

Whispers travel quickly through a swamp.
