Hi everyone- hope you're having a great summer!
Just an update: Mama Kim's has been closed the last few months after a good run under new ownership but the business has been handed back recently to Mama Kim herself. We don't have any plans to bring the truck back, however, good news if you're visiting or living in New York City! Mama Kim's daughter is barbecuing up her mom's recipes in the form of a supper club at her private home in Brooklyn - everything from pajun, bulgogi, gochujang chicken to L.A. galbi.
