Thank you all for coming and supporting us on our first Artisanal Paella Event!
It was really nice to feel like we were serving the community just like we used to.
Seeing so many familiar faces makes us feel very loved!!
We are sorry to those who came after we had left because of selling out. 😢
You were all in our hearts!

Our Paella is a delicious Valencia Style Spanish dish which includes Chicken legs, Muscles, Shrimp, and Pork Ribs.
It simmers in a delicious bath of Zafron Rice, red and yellow peppers, topped with rosemary and love!

We’re excited to see you again! Even if it’s just a couple of days a month!

We want to clarify that El Charro Hipster will not be reopening as a restaurant, but we will be on tour at events with our famous paella! The first one will be on Sunday the 23rd at the Monster Market, from 12 to 7 PM at The Thunderbird. Don’t miss it!
