After much testing and tasting, we present to you our BREAKFAST TAMAL. The most comforting and delicious blend of house made chorizo, soft potatoes, and melty cheese, wrapped in our signature fluffy masa.

NEW YEAR, SAME TAMALES. Plus, some thoughts of reflection and anticipation.

From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for being here with us.

We are going to take what 2025 gave us and hold it with care. We’ll work together to continue our expansion- on a smaller scale physically, but on a grander scale in every other sense. We will keep making fresh, consistently delicious food for you to share and savor. We want all the people in our sphere to feel their value- on both sides of our counter. We want our spaces to continue to feel warm and welcoming- enough to transport you to a time and place in your sweetest memories. We want the gratitude we feel to be palpable in our interactions with our community. Our family legacy is one of love and respect and hard work, and it is stitched into the fabric of our spaces.

We have a big vision of what Tamale Box can be, and we are committed to growing with care and intention.
