A little rescue mission at The Hacienda this morning! 🐿️

Five baby squirrels, nest and all, fell from a tree during this morning’s storm. Thankfully, staff members Frank and Shae were there to help.

We contacted a wildlife rescue and are following their expert advice. We’ve now spotted the mother nearby and are keeping a close eye on everyone while giving her the space and opportunity to reunite with her babies. We’re told mother squirrels will almost always take them back, so we’re hopeful for a happy family reunion! 💕

We’ll keep you posted! 🐿️
