The Cotee River Bike Festival returns to downtown New Port Richey October 9–11! If you’re joining us for a stay or dining at Sasha’s on the Park, please allow extra travel time and keep these road closures in mind.

🚧 MAIN STREET, BETWEEN LINCOLN & ADAMS
• Friday: Closed 4–11 p.m.
• Saturday: Closed 9 a.m.–11 p.m.
• Sunday: Closed 9 a.m.–5 p.m.

🚧 OTHER DOWNTOWN CLOSURES
Grand Boulevard, between Main and Montana, closes Friday at 10 a.m. through approximately 8:30 p.m. Sunday. Sims Lane, Washington Street, Circle Boulevard, “Short” Grand, Bank Street, Nebraska Avenue and Missouri Avenue close Friday at 3 p.m. and reopen Sunday at 5 p.m.

🅿️ HOTEL GUEST PARKING
Friday: A parking attendant will be available from 11 a.m.–3 p.m. Bank Street closes at 3 p.m.; guests arriving afterward should have their reservation confirmation ready to show the officer for access.

Saturday: From Gulf Drive, turn left onto Madison Street, left onto Central Avenue, then left onto Circle Boulevard to enter the hotel parking lot.

The historic Hacienda Hotel in downtown New Port Richey is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join the kitchen team at Sasha’s on the Park.

Please read the requirements carefully before applying.

Qualified applicants must have:

• Prior experience in a full-service restaurant or hotel kitchen as a Line Cook, Restaurant Cook, or Prep Cook. Fast-food or quick-service experience alone does not qualify.
• Availability to work weekends and major holidays.
• A stable work history.
• A current Florida Food Handler Certificate.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and food safety.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.

A successful background check is required before hire.

Responsibilities include preparing and cooking menu items to the Executive Chef’s specifications, setting up and stocking stations, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, rotating inventory, and assisting with daily kitchen operations and banquet service. A professional, positive attitude and strong teamwork are essential.

The Hacienda is seeking an experienced server to join our team at Sasha’s on the Park. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in attentive service and creating a welcoming, memorable dining experience. Bartending experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

* Prepare and maintain clean, organized tables and service areas.
* Greet guests warmly and provide courteous, professional service.
* Present menus, answer questions, and recommend food and beverages.
* Take accurate orders and deliver food and drinks promptly.
* Work closely with fellow servers and kitchen and bar staff.
* Address guest concerns professionally and communicate issues to management.
* Process checks and payments accurately.
* Complete additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

* Proven restaurant serving experience.
* Current food handler certificate required.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* A patient, positive approach to problem-solving.
* Experience handling payments and operating a point-of-sale system.
* Dependability, honesty, and attention to cleanliness and safety.
