Happy Baby Friday Y'all! Hopefully, you got to enjoy the delicious weather today, because it's going to be COLD tomorrow and Saturday.

But not to worry! Because two things will be happening on this Saturday, November 20th at from 12 - 5 pm:

1) is having their 7 year Anniversary celebration 🎉 with lots of awesome vendors and,

2) Seoul 2 Soul will be there providing some banging all Plant Based eats!

That's right - Vegan, Vegetarian, and Lactose Intolerant Friends - Pull Up!

We'll be serving vegan Korean Corn Dogs (made with vegan dogs and vegan mozzarella cheese), Rice Balls, Korean Fried Cauliflower Bites, and you already know - Vegan Kimchi Mac and Cheese.

But wait - there's more! Since there's nothing better than a warm bowl of chili on a cold day - Chef Sim is debuting a new menu item - Plant Based Bulgogi Chili. That's right. Nothing says a little bit of Seoul to feed your Soul than some Bulgogi Chili, especially when ladled over some tots, layered with Kimchi Mac, chopped kimchi, green onion and vegan Kochujang Ranch! 🤤🤤

Meat eaters - Pull up too! Y'all won't miss the meat, but you will be full and happy!

We'll have QR codes at the truck, and will take walk up orders on our handheld if we're not too busy.

Happy Friday! Seoul 2 Soul is prepping for a long, but wonderful day out in Goochland tomorrow (Sat. 11/13, from 10 -6) for Goochland's first KumaCon!

We'll be mainly doing Korean Street Food-style eats (Korean Fried Chicken Bites, Korean Corn dogs, Rice balls, Kimchi Mac, and our delicious loaded Kimchi Fries)!

Happy Friday Seoul 2 Soul Friends! We're spending this deliciously Fall rainy day prepping to be out tomorrow (Sat. 10/30) from 12 - 5 pm for Libbie Mill Midtown Fall Festival.

We may also intro a new menu item as well - so come on out to see what it is! Here's a hint - it's salty/sweet, crunchy, meaty, sometimes cheesy, and comes on a stick. Can you guess what it it?

Rain is the forecast for pretty much all day today! Be safe folks if you're out and about. And if you're at home, then enjoy some photos Chef Sim got to take during a little bit of downtime when there was more sun out 🤗

Yesterday, Seoul 2 Soul had the pleasure of serving up some eats for the folks who came out for the .

As a small, single-woman owned and operated business that is made possible by the hard work and dedication of two awesome and powerful women ( and .anthony ), we were proud to be able to play a role in supporting this event and worthy cause.

We respect and support ALL people with a uterus to make the best decisions for their bodies. Periodt.

Seoul 2 Soul provided catering today for Chuseok 2021 - as part of an Asian Associate celebration. Thanks Markel Corp for requesting us and having us come serve your folks!

We served up Korean Fried Chicken Bites, Kimchi Mac and Cheese, and Gimbap.

Happy Saturday! Seoul 2 Soul is prepping for yet another glorious day tomorrow (Sunday, 9/19) at Stone Brewing Richmond during the Richmond Moon Market from 12-6 pm.

We'll be bringing out delicious vegan eats tomorrow, so vegan friends, !

Non-vegan friends, y'all come on out too! We promise, you gonna love them cauili bites and kimchi Mac! And you can feel righteous after eating it because it's all plant-based. Trust us - dat *ish is goodt!

Seoul 2 Soul will be coming "home" to Chester today for dinner service from 4:30 to 7 pm at Stoney Glen (4900 Stoney Parkway, Chester, VA 23831)!

Chef Sim is a resident in Chester and is super excited to be able to share some good food with her neighbors, along with the rest of you!

This will be Seoul 2 Soul's final service for August, and then we'll be gearing up to participate in the Soul Vegan Block Party on September 11th! More details to follow soon!

😩🤬😤....So Seoul 2 Soul is experiencing some generator issues...again. As a result, we're bummed to say that we will NOT do dinner service at the SmokeTree Community tonight from 5-7:30. Because as a mostly one woman operation - Chef Sim can't play mechanic/engineer and complete prep at the same time. 🤷🏽‍♀️

After being "mansplained" to one too many times while in the process of attempting to resolve the generator issues, Chef Sim would like to share some helpful generator maintenance routine tips - because Knowledge is Power. Don't have a portable generator, and so don't think this doesn't apply to you? Think again! This preventive maintenance checklist is almost identical to the type of maintaince to pay attention to for your car!

So long story short - take the little bit of time to do maintenance (on your car, on your generator, on yo' life)! That time is well spent and will pay you back in dividends.

Seoul 2 Soul will be out again for dinner service in the Chester area on Monday. Details to be posted over the weekend.

Brunch on the Plaza has been cancelled. So, Seoul 2 Soul will NOT be out from 11 to 3 today...😢.

Don't worry though! We have plenty dates booked for for the rest of August and September, so stay tuned.

Also, we'll be working to intro some different menu options because you know Chef Sim likes to shake things up a bit from time to time.

Enjoy the rain and cooler temps folks, and we'll see y'all again on another weekend very soon!
