Named for the historic East Side Club of Southwest DC, this cocktail pays tribute to the neighborhood’s vibrant nightlife legacy. Located just steps from where RowHouse stands today, the East Side Club helped define a generation of unforgettable nights.

Our recollection of this one is a little hazy, probably due to how much fun it was to be at Chapter 1 back in the day. Chapters 2 and 3 are well documented as being THE spot to catch up-and-coming R&B stars as well as Go-Go concerts.

Our Chapter 1 Spritzer is the perfect drink to sip while reminiscing about Southwest’s soundtrack—past and present.
