Join us on October 20, 2026 for a five-course dinner celebrating Brooklyn Kura, New York’s first sake brewery! Chef Joe Caipe will craft a menu built around each pour, paired course by course with sake expert Alex Bemis, who’ll guide the room through Brooklyn Kura’s lineup and what makes each one worth savoring. Seats are limited—come hungry and curious!
