To make sure we don’t sell out before tomorrow’s rodeo, we will be opening later. 3pm to be exact. This will give us the prep time we need.
We’ve gone through 2.5 cases of brisket & 4 cases of pork, over 200 # of Mac & CHZ, and lost count of the chips 😅. These past few days, we’ve been humbled and learned a lot!
Thank you, and truly wish we could feed you all at once. We sure are giving it a GOOD TRY!

As we gear up to head to Alcona County Fair!

I’d like to reflect on our time Water Street Commons. It’s a great little location for startup shops.

Truck your Pizza on site most days; I mean, who doesn’t like pizza? 🍕

Then you have Sassy Soda Co. LLC Terry is a gem! Thanks for the conversation and laughs.

I can see the potential in that spot, and we appreciate the opportunity to check it out!

The Smoking Trolls will be at Builders FirstSource-Alpena Lumber tomorrow 12pm-4pm. We will be doing CASH ONLY as our new card equipment has not arrived yet. We will not have our bbq or lemonade on the trailer at this time.

Smashburger, fries, 12oz soda - $7
Dbl smash, fries, 12oz soda - $9
(American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, mustard, ketchup, Mayo)
5 chkn tenders, fries, 12oz soda - $7

Upgrade fries to onion rings, no charge.

We apologize for the limited menu and cash only however we are upgrading equipment/kitchen layout and need to go through existing inventory.

Beware, quantities are limited. We may sell out before 4.
