The Morganfield Lions Club has selected military veterans to be Grand Marshall of this year's Corn Festival Parade on Saturday, September 26, at 2:00 PM. A trailer for veterans will be provided by Rodney Utley and will be near the entrance to the park. Participating veterans can park at the Senior Citizens Center and be offered a ride to the trailer on a Lions Club golf cart. Try to arrive by about 1:30. Please wear a white shirt, American Legion or VFW vest, and baseball type cap. If you don't have vest, etc., participate regardless. You are advised to wear sunglasses and bring water.

If you plan to ride on the float, please contact Lark Buckman by responding to this text or call 812-549-7218. I have the names of those who signed up at recent meetings.
