TITLOW TAVERN & GRILLE (PLEASE SHARE)
Titlow Tavern & Grille (Uniontown, PA) is looking for a skilled, reliable, hands-on Head Chef to lead our kitchen and keep our classic tavern menu running at the highest level.
Salery based on experience and productivity
What we’re looking for:
o Strong leadership and line-cooking experience
o Ability to manage staff, inventory, and kitchen operations
o Consistent, high-quality food ex*****on
o Pride in a clean, organized, efficient kitchen
o Creativity for specials that fit the Titlow brand
What you’ll do:
o Oversee all kitchen operations
o Train and supervise kitchen staff
o Maintain food quality, portioning, and presentation
o Order inventory and control food costs
o Work closely with management and FOH team
