The end of an era!
Unfortunately our supplier of The Brinery tempeh no longer carries the bulk wholesale packages, and there’s nowhere else for us to get it. The retail packages are WAY more expensive and it doesn’t make sense for us to use them. So we’re going to pivot!
Starting around Labor Day, we will be unveiling an alternative option! Still vegan, still a GF option.
That being said, for the next few weeks the only thing that the tempeh bac’un will be on is the TLT, and not available to add to other sandwiches. You may have noticed that we’ve already cut our Potato Cheddar Bac’un quiche as well.
We will be making TLTs for you until we run out, and then that’s it!
We’re bummed. But we’re nothing if not adaptable.
