Mustard Fish Curry is comfort food with a kick! This homestyle dish is inspired by the flavors of Bengal and Odisha, where fish swims in a bold, golden mustard gravy that’s tangy, spicy, and oh-so-satisfying. 🐟✨
All you need? Marinate fresh fish with turmeric, salt, and a little mustard oil. Make an easy mustard base with our Mustard Fish Masala (no grinding seeds for hours – we did it for you 😏). Sauté nigella seeds and green chilies for that signature punch, add your mustard paste, then simmer it all together. Gently tuck the fish in, let it soak up those magical flavors, and finish with fresh cilantro.
