🥣 Roasted Veggie & Lentil Grain Bowl — hearty, colorful, and full of fall flavor

Ingredients:
½ cup Black Beluga Lentils®, cooked
½ cup Quinoa, cooked
½ cup Farro, cooked
1 cup roasted squash, carrots, beets
2 cups mixed greens (optional)
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp maple syrup
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
Roast vegetables at 400°F for 20–25 min.
Mix lentils, quinoa, farro, and greens in a bowl.
Top with roasted vegetables.
Drizzle tahini & maple syrup, serve.
