What a phenomenal weekend! ❤️ A huge THANK YOU to the East Texas Tattoo Expo for inviting Jenn Jenn’s Peace of Cake to be part of this year’s food truck lineup!

Shout-out to all the food trucks that were there—y’all were amazing! I witnessed owners helping one another throughout the weekend, and everybody had each other’s back. Of course, we kept each other fed, too! 😂 That support made the weekend even more special.

Thank you to EVERYONE who stopped by Jenn Jenn’s and made a purchase! Whether it was your first time trying my desserts/lemonade or you’ve been supporting me for years, I truly appreciate you. And to my regular customers who made a special trip to find me at the expo—seeing your familiar faces meant so much. Shout out to Dawn Buffie Green she going to support if I am on top of a mountain in no mans land. Ya'll continue to show up for me, and I don’t take that for granted! 🥹❤️

I ended the weekend with a grateful heart, a full belly, and love for everyone who helped make it a success!

😆 I was so sleepy. I went to bed before posting this. Come by after church today. We are parked on the side of WT Brookshires Center. There is a food truck that will meet your needs. There is filipino, Asian, BBQ/Soul Food,Mexican, drinks and desserts. We got you covered starting at 11 today. All Dogs will not be here today 😢. There is also a coffee/beverage trailer.

The food I have had this weekend at the East Texas Tattoo Expo It has all been good. That burger from All Dogs Dog House was amazing. The spring rolls from KalesaHouse I need more and fresh out the grease amazing. There was like 8 in that tray. The Turkey leg from Elfrieda's BBQ & Southern Kitchen LLC was TENDERNISM at it's best. Steak and Chicken and Shrimp from Fire Flame Azian Fuzion LLC so flavorful and them Tacos from Lakeview Tacos let's just say I had to fight just to eat one before they were taken from me. The food is so worth the trip and the Expo is 🔥. Stop by today for the last day.

📍 Come see me TODAY, Sunday, at the W.T. Brookshire Conference Center by the Rose Garden. Look for my truck right in front of the Rose Museum! I’m only about half a mile up the street from my usual location at Family Dollar on Front and Glenwood.

I’m sorry I’m just now getting a chance to answer your messages! Saturday kept me busy at the trailer, and I didn’t get a chance to catch up until after we closed for the night. Several of you asked about admission, so I wanted to clear that up! ❤️

Tyler Texas Bakers. I have a few people who have contacted me for sweet tables and a few other special orders. Two are weddings. I told them I would give them a list of recommendations. If you want these opportunities message me your contact info to give to them. I have like 3 I always recommend but they stay booked.
