After a lot of thought, I’ve decided it’s time for me to take a break from my bakery business.
This is not an easy decision because baking has always been so much more than just making cupcakes and cakes for me. I truly love to bake, create, dream up new ideas, and turn those ideas into something that brings a little happiness to someone else. And I can promise you, I will never stop baking and creating. That part of me isn’t going anywhere.
Right now, though, I feel like I need to take a step back and make more room for some of the other important parts of life—especially my family. Sometimes you have to slow down, take a breath, and give your time and energy to the things that matter most.
To every customer who has ordered from me, shared my posts, recommended me to someone, celebrated a special occasion with one of my creations, or simply believed in me and my vision—THANK YOU! From the bottom of my heart, I am so incredibly grateful. You trusted me to be a small part of birthdays, celebrations, milestones, and special moments, and that has meant more to me than you probably realize.
Thank you for supporting my little bakery, for cheering me on, and for giving me the opportunity to do something I truly love. I’m incredibly proud of what I’ve created, and I’m even more grateful for the people who helped make it possible.
I don’t know exactly what the future will look like, but I know it will include baking, creating, and plenty of ideas that are still bouncing around in my head.
