Peter Piper picked a peck of peppers... and we put 'em all on a pizza.

This pie is all about the pepper game. Smoky charred poblanos lay down the groove, shish*tos bring sweet roasted flavor, pickled Fresnos add a little kick, and Guindilla peppers bring that briny snap. Throw in spicy Calabrese salami and plenty of BelGioioso cheese, and you've got a pie that's dropping heat like Run-DMC in '86.

Smoky. Spicy. Sweet. Briny.

🚨 HOLIDAY BREAK ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

Pizza People — we’re taking a quick little pause before the summer chaos kicks into full gear. 🍕☀️

We’ll be closed May 17th – May 25th as we celebrate the wedding of a close friend and give ourselves + our staff a well-earned breather before we lock in for summer service.

We’ll be back to regular hours starting Tuesday, May 26th:
Tuesday – Saturday 11AM – 8PM

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. We’ll definitely miss slinging pies for you, but trust us — we’ll be fully charged and ready to rock when we get back. ❤️

This one’s our pizza riff on one of our go-to burger orders from Kopp's Frozen Custard — a certified Wisconsin institution and mandatory stop anytime you’re rolling into Milwaukee or headed to a Milwaukee Brewers game.

If you’re into our Smash Mouth pie, this is that same smash burger DNA… just a little edgier. Beef. Bacon. Mustard. Pickles. Jalapeños. Funky cheese. Sweet onions. Total drive-thru outlaw behavior.
