🐝 COZY B’S IS CLOSED TODAY, SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 27th🐝

Unfortunately, Mommy Bee spent a few hours in the hospital this morning already with Bailey patiently waiting, and is now home, medicated and getting some much-needed rest. 🥴 💤

So the hive is taking the day off. 💛.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s understanding.

People probably wonder, “What’s one thing you miss about life before owning a business?”

Besides the obvious answer—FREE TIME 😂—for me, it would honestly be sitting down around the table and eating a home-cooked meal with my family. ❤️

These days, life is so chaotic between the businesses, kids, work, Jake crashing a scooter 🤣 and everything else that sometimes DoorDash or eating out is simply how we make it through the day.

So today’s lunch special is bringing a little bit of home to Cozy B’s. 🐝❤️

Homemade Tater Tot Casserole!

And of course, ours has a little family story behind it. When you have four kids, you quickly learn that some like corn 🌽 and some like green beans 😂. So whenever I made tater tot casserole at home, I’d split the pan—half corn and half green beans—just to keep everyone happy. And to hide the cream of mushroom soup I mix all my ingredients in together instead of layers! The ways you get your little one to eat! 😊

And that’s exactly how we made it today!

Come grab yourself a plate of homemade comfort food—choose corn, green beans, or get a little of BOTH! 😋

Sometimes the simplest meals are the ones that remind you most of home. ❤️🐝

☀️🐝 Good morning, Cozy B’s family!

We’re here and ready to make all your favorite breakfasts! 🍳🥞🥓

While Jake heals from surgery, we’re going to do our very best to stick to our normal days and hours. Just remember, I’m also running the bakery and work nights there, and some nights are a little longer and more exhausting than others when I’m trying to pull off both places on very little sleep. 😴😂

We are truly grateful for everyone who has stepped up to help us at both businesses so we can keep doing what we can while Jake heals.

❤️ It definitely takes a village right now, and we appreciate ours more than you know!

😴 So while I’m standing here dying from lack of sleep 😂☕… you might as well come keep me busy!!!!

🐝 Buzz on in for breakfast or lunch — we’re here until 2 PM!

Sorry guys, We will be closing at 11 today!

Sometimes the call just has to be made. Between Jake’s arm and hurting it again last night, I’ve been battling some severe leg and foot pain my self the last few weeks and not feeling well right now.

Bailey is cooking and Kari came to save the day and wait tables. So please be patient with them.

Thanks for understanding. 😭

🚧🐝 HEY COZY B’S FAM! 🐝🚧

We’ve been getting a few phone calls about construction and access to Cozy B’s, so

YES — WE ARE STILL OPEN AND ACCESSIBLE with the road construction going on! 🙌

And even better — our same parking is still available!

🚗 You just can’t park along 21st to 22nd Street right now… and let’s be real, most of you lovely people don’t park that far away from us anyways! 😂💛

So don’t let the construction scare you away! You can still get to Cozy B’s and we’re still here serving up your favorite breakfast and lunch! 🍳🥞🍔

Come hungry and help keep us busy through the construction! 🐝❤️

We appreciate every single one of you who continues to support our little family diner for the last two years and many more to come!!

🐝 COZY B’S FAMILY DINER UPDATE! 🐝

Cozy B’s will be CLOSED TOMORROW, FRIDAY, as Jake is having surgery on his shoulder! ❤️‍🩹

Between getting the kids to school, getting Jake to and from surgery, picking the kids back up from school, and then coming home to take care of my whine baby after surgery 🤣😂, we decided it’s best to just close for the day!

But don’t worry — WE WILL BE OPEN ALL LABOR DAY WEEKEND, INCLUDING MONDAY! 🇺🇸🐝

⏰ Saturday: 7 AM–2 PM
⏰ Sunday: 7 AM–2 PM
⏰ Labor Day Monday: OPEN! 6 AM- 2 PM

If Monday ends up being slow, we may close a little early — so make sure you come out, grab some breakfast or lunch, and KEEP US BUSY! 🍳🥞🍔

Thank you for understanding and for all the well wishes for Jake as he heads into surgery! ❤️

🐝 💛 Otherwise, we’ll see you Saturday morning at 7 AM! 🐝💛

🐝 BREAKFAST SPECIAL ALL WEEK! 🐝

Evan is filling in with us this week, so we’re letting him make one of his favorites — EGGS BENEDICT! 🍳😋

Come hungry and let Evan cook you up a delicious breakfast! We’ll be serving this special today and all week long!

⏰ Open 7 AM–2 PM today

Buzz on into Cozy B’s Family Diner and start your day with us! 🐝💛

Unfortunately, Jake’s scooter crash has ended with some not-so-great news. 😔 After meeting with orthopedics, we found out that Jake will need surgery on his shoulder.

The next few months are going to look a little different for our family and for Cozy B’s while Jake goes through surgery, recovery, and healing.

We’re going to do everything we can to keep things running as normally as possible, but there may be days when we need a little extra patience and understanding.

Jake is such a huge part of keeping everything going, and having him unable to do what he normally does is definitely going to be an adjustment for all of us.

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience, kindness, and support as we navigate the next few months and, most importantly, give Jake the time he needs to heal properly, to get back to flipping eggs.🐝💛

Thank you for continuing to support our little family-run diner. It means more to us than you know.

08/13/2026

📣 Just a heads up, Cozy B’s Family! 🐝💛

We will be CLOSED tomorrow, Friday, August 14th, and Saturday, August 15th.

We will be open Sunday, August 16th, but plan to be patient as I will be running the kitchen myself.

So make sure to STOP IN TODAY — we’re here until 2 PM! 🥞🍳☕ And for a little extra treat… WE BROUGHT WAFFLES BACK FOR THE DAY!! 🧇🐝💛

😴 With the hours I’m currently working at the bakery, there simply isn’t enough time for me to get the sleep I need to safely keep up with both places. I’m trying my best to keep everything going, but I also know I need to make this decision before I completely exhaust myself. 😩

Jake has his orthopedic appointment tomorrow morning to find out the next steps for his shoulder. 🤞

The good news is, next week we should finally have some extra help in the kitchen! 🙌

Thank you for always understanding and supporting our crazy little family and our diner! 🐝❤️

Come see us TODAY before 2 PM — and come hungry for WAFFLES! 🧇😋. Or of course any of our other delicious food!
