Hello! Tomorrow, Tuesday, June 23rd, at 10/11am we will be shutting down our espresso machine for some annual maintenance. It should only be down for about 30 minutes and I will do my best to keep you all updated, in real time. We are so sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!🫶🏻

High Lift Run Club meets tomorrow, Saturday, June 20th at 7am🏃🏼‍♀️💨

If you ordered merch at the beginning of the year, the merch has arrived and we can get those passed out and squared up tomorrow! 🫶🏻

We still have yet to lose our streak of new faces every single week! We hope to see you out there, run, walk or jog- EVERYONE is welcome🤗

Sunday Morning To-Do list:

• Cortado
• Check on the garden
• Run Club at 8AM!!!!
• chat and sip coffee with friends🫶🏻
• water the flowers

Run Club is tomorrow, Sunday, June 14th at 8am! We have yet to break our streak of new faces!!! Run, walk or jog- you should come and bring a friend! It has been a lot of fun lately🤭 Everyone is welcome!

Also just a fun side note- Grace’s mom gave me some lovely garden plants!! So I potted a variety of tomatoes, cucumbers and butternut squash at the shop:) Make sure to check them out next time you’re in and keep checking on their progress, they grow fast! 🍅🥒

Guys!!! Summer is here and we’ve had an exciting week around the shop! 🤠

Tomorrow, Saturday the 6th we have Run Club at 7am, run, walk or jog- EVERYONE is welcome🫶🏻 we have yet to end our streak of seeing new faces every single week!! If you are thinking of coming- just come!

We also put our flowers out for the Summer and gained the edition of a sunny little bistro table out front! Our resident florist, Keith not only made us some beautiful flower arrangements but also built a perfect planter for them out of old fence pickets! We love Keith. If you see him in or see him tending to his flowers make sure to pay him a compliment! He won’t say much…. But it will make his day. 💐🌷🌼

We also put our baby succulent propagations out for sale, they are all showing new growth and are ready for their new homes🫶🏻

Lastly, we launched our June Drink Specials with a few new items on the list! If you haven’t been around to try them, this weekend is your chance!! As always, have a great weekend and we hope to see you soon🤭

Run Club this Sunday, May 31st at 8AM!! 🏃🏼‍♀️💨

After this weekend it should perfectly alternate between Saturdays (7am) and Sundays (8am)! I have the whole schedule for the month of June attached below, so make sure to mark your calendars!😊

So far we have had a brand new face at every single run club this year!!! So grab a friend or come and meet some new friends. If you’ve been contemplating coming or too nervous to show up this is your sign! All are welcome- walk, run or jog we are just happy you are here🫶🏻

RUN CLUB THIS SUNDAY!!! 💕💚

We start at 8AM and this weekend we are wearing pink and green on our run, walk, jog, just for fun:-) So find something pink and/or green and get your butts to The High Lift! Get outside, admire the fresh flowers coming in on Mariners Trail, get some exercise, make some friends and of course, enjoy some coffee!

Second pic is the first bit of pink and green I could find in my camera roll, so it gives me the opportunity to humbly brag about my 6’4” umbrella tree branch🤭 hopefully some exciting High Lift plant announcements soon! So stay tuned🌱🫶🏻
