Hey guys! Happy last day of September🍂

A few things….

- Here is our October Run Club schedule!! We will keep ‘er going until our members decide to call it a year! This week we will be meeting at Sunday, October 4th at 8AM!! Everyone is welcome, walk, run or jog:)

- As most of you have probably heard, corporate coffee has left our community. With this we have been experiencing more traffic in the mornings. We want you to know that we are doing everything we can to keep serving you quality coffee as efficiently as we can! This is a change we were not anticipating, so please be patient during this adjustment phase

We had an awesome time last weekend taking the Run Club out to Point Beach to check out Ice Age Trail and the Rawley Point Lighthouse! 🌊

This weekend we will meet at 7am, tomorrow, Saturday September 26th! My family and I will be gone up north, but the show must go on, so the crew will have to get things going without me!

HIGH LIFT RUN CLUB SEASON 2 🏃🏼‍♀️💨

This is not the end of the season, but I am here to announce and remind y’all of our Run Club end of season party this Sunday, September 20th at 8:30AM!!

We will meet at The High Lift at 8:30AM, get some coffees, then carpool to Point Beach for a group hike, run, walk, adventure! Anything goes! If you have a car with a park sticker and are willing to haul some fellow run clubbers, make sure to bring that vehicle:) Afterwards we will ship back to The High Lift for a little pizza party and hang out for a bit to celebrate such a great season! 🏃🏼‍♀️🎉

I want to share my appreciation for such an awesome group of individuals that showed up time and time again to get outside, move their body, and be a part of our community. It truly means the world to me and keeps me showing up each and every week!! So much love for this group and the friendships it has fostered🫶🏻 CHEERS!! See you all Sunday!

Hello September!!! Here’s the schedule for September’s Run Club🏃🏼‍♀️💨

This week Run Club is on Sunday, September 6th at 8 AM! We hope you come join us for a little walk,run or jog 🫶🏻

We will be having a little party on Sunday, September 20th to celebrate an awesome run club season & our incredible, devoted members! However… this does not mean the end! We will continue to meet up as far into the Fall season as our lovely members would like to! If people keep showing up, we’ll keep on meeting🤠

Hey Run Clubbers!!! Tomorrow is an exciting day…

We will be meeting tomorrow, August 23rd at 8 AM - dress code is “beach day” 👙🌊🏖️☀️ Wear your beach attire and bring a towel because afterwards we will be taking a dip in Lake Michigan!! 🤭

If you ordered merch in our second round of Run Club orders, we also have that ready to be picked up!

Guys- trust me I am anti- premature Fall!! BUT if you’re gonna start getting into the cozy Fall mood, please remember to shop small!! 🍂🫶🏻

We just got a bunch of fun Fall candles in and I can’t pick a favorite they are all so good! (& cute too!)

We just got our Bones “Frosted Pumpkin Roll” coffee in for the season! We may or may not have pumpkin pie sauce behind the counter as well…👀

Also pictured are random garden pics, my first squash is coming in! And we just got some super cute new bumper stickers in! We are going to keep getting new things in for the Fall / School year! Mugs, planners, notebooks, deskpads, puzzles & patches - so keep an eye out!!! We hope to see you soon🤭🫶🏻
