Hello September! 🍂

I can’t believe we’re already in September. Summer is slowly coming to an end, and fall is right around the corner here in Minnesota.

I’m off today, but I just wanted to wish everyone a wonderful September. Enjoy these last days of summer, enjoy the cooler weather coming, and most importantly, take care of yourself and eat well. ❤️

I honestly don’t even know what to say tonight. ❤️

Today was supposed to be my last day before my two days off, and normally I close around 7. But it’s already 8:35 PM and I just finished the last order.

We were SO busy today. Some orders took over an hour, and I know many of you had to wait way too long. I’m truly, truly sorry.

I have a very small team, and one of my team members is on vacation this week. I did have some help tonight, but I’m still the only one cooking with so many orders coming in at once.

I really did my best to get everything out as quickly as I could. Thank you so much for your patience, your understanding, and most of all, for supporting our small business. ❤️

And to everyone who waited so long tonight — I am truly sorry. I appreciate you more than you know.

Now I really need my Tuesday and Wednesday off. 😊❤️
