Weekend 2 falls in September at least lol! We are baking up a bunch of buns for our ever popular bratwurst!
And yes, we get it, German chocolate cupcakes are actually only really popular in the United States… But last time we checked, our Taproom is in the United States so this still plays… we’ve been surprised at how popular our cupcakes have been, so we thought we’d do one in theme! Somewhat…
Buying a ticket gets you a pint and a jumbo pretzel, the other food is separate for when you come into the Taproom. You can RSVP for the dishes that you want when you buy your ticket – available for purchase on our events page.

It’s like a greatest hits… Except it’s the food that makes you sing… lol– these are some of the Taproom‘s most cherished dishes.
Come and experience the culinary magic and crunch with us! We appreciate everyone who has come in for the various food pop-ups we’ve done over the years… These are a tribute to you, thank you for helping us build a community inside our four walls.
As this was our first retail location, we thank everyone who made the trip down… The knowledge gained from serving you is seriously priceless, thank you for allowing us that privilege.
If you’re in the Southern California area, we hope you can make it out before the end of this month as our lease is up at the end of September. It will likely be sometime before we do another location. Our sole focus right now is ramping our production so that we’re no longer lagging behind the demand in the state of California and beyond… A Taproom takes a lot of focus, and it’s time we focused on our bread and butter.
Domoníc and Robert will be working most of the Wednesdays and Thursdays this month… If you can make it out come and say hi!

Schnitzel is one of our Taproom favorites! Available this Saturday and Sunday (August 29 and August 30, 2026) – from open to close as part of our featured dish for Oktoberfest weekend 1!
Why are we hosting Oktoberfest in August you may ask…? That’s because if all goes according to plan, we will be out of our Tustin location by the end of September, which is typically the timeframe that Oktoberfest starts… and we wanna make sure you still get to have your schnitzel.
And of course, there will be strudel! Made with apples from our Apple tree.

Chicken strips and onion rings return this Thursday, August 27 from open to close!
Get ready for some serious crunch and incredible bites! Gluten-free onion rings are not easy to make, thank you in advance for RSVPing for this so that we make enough. We’re tired of seeing lines going around the block for chicken strips restaurants when we know we’ll never even get in the line…

Believe it or not it’s as simple as that lol… our apple tree is putting off some beautiful apples this year that make exceptionally tasty apple strudels! please join us this Saturday and Sunday (August 29 and 30th 2026) from open to close and get certified diarrhea free produce!

Get your German food fix on! It’s that time of year again… The grass is turning yellow and it’s blisteringly hot… It’s perfect when you pair it with German lager beer like our DIVINE Millsner and Divine LITE!
And our apple tree is in prime season for Apple strudel… It really doesn’t get much more farm to table than that!
Tickets are available to reserve yourself a jumbo pretzel and your first pint. These can be purchased on our events page of our website. By scale our jumbo pretzel is 50% larger than our regular in-house pretzel. They are also a little bit harder to make so we wanna know how many to make lol…
The schnitzel is a thinly sliced and pounded pork cutlet that is breaded in house, fried to perfection and paired with black stout gravy, choice of sauerkraut or pickled onions and french fries…

RSVPs are finally available for this. Thanks for your patience here. With school coming back, we figure it might be easier to make a lunch on a Sunday then stay up late on a Friday or Saturday night… But you still deserve a treat!

This is a slight remix from last year‘s menu, and we believe it’s that much better! Plate size thinly sliced breaded chicken over brown curry is truly a gluten-free delicacy… Let alone the eggrolls or cheesecake… so take in every bite of this culinary luxury while you still can!

Since this event starts at 12 noon, it is RSVP only because it is outside of normal business hours. It’s $64.95 for the full beer pairing and it is $44.95 for the nonalcoholic or as we like to call it “beer à la cart“ option. Please RSVP on our events page on our website.

We know you’ve tried our puff pastry pop tarts, but we’re ready to take our relationship to the next level now… Join us for chocolate croissants alongside our dumpling battle this weekend (Saturday and Sunday, August 22 and 23rd 2026).
Because of the sheer novelty of this item, we strongly recommend RSVPing so that we make the exact amount of chocolate croissants that you’d like to buy for you… Thank you in advance.
In their natural state, they are not vegan because of the egg wash, but we do believe we should be able to make some vegan… so please advise in your RSVP…
