Full Moon BBQ was recently featured in Eat This, Not That! as one of the “5 BBQ Chains With the Best Smoked Sausage and Potato Salad, According to Diners.” We’ll always take a little extra room on the plate for those two.

For nearly 40 years, our smoked sausage and classic sides have been making their way onto trays across Alabama, alongside the hickory-smoked BBQ that started it all in Birmingham in 1986.

A BIG thank you to the diners who keep coming back, sharing what they love and giving these longtime favorites a place at the table. And thank you to Eat This, Not That for including Full Moon BBQ among the picks. We’ll keep the sausage smoking and the potato salad coming. 🙌❤️
