In such a short time, Adam has made so many contributions to the coffee program at LFCC, and we can't wait to see where his coffee roasting journey takes him!

New Feature Drop!!

Summer is almost over... If you didn’t get a chance for that beach vacay, don’t fret! We have a coffee that will help you feel like you’re sipping Mai Tais in the island sand.

This blend is comprised of two incredible Colombian coffees. Both of them are produced by Jairo Arcila at the Santa Monica Mill. The first single origin in this blend is a washed coffee fermented in anaerobic vats with passion fruit. The second is a honey-processed coffee fermented with both wine yeast and pineapple. Both of these coffees are amazing on their own, but we feel that when they are combined they bring out even more of the best in each other.

The resulting cup is rich with tropical fruits and sweet florals. It has a sweet and subtle booziness. It is rich and vibrant, dynamic and complex.

Snag a bag on the shelf, order one on the website, or ask for this coffee as a featured pour over or espresso at the bar! We've been so excited for this one! 🍍🌴🍹
