🥖💙 BIG ORDERS. BIG TEAMWORK. EVEN BIGGER HEART! 💙🥖

Now THAT'S a receipt! 👀😂

Our Hamlin Jersey Mike's crew recently tackled one seriously impressive order, and let's just say... they understood the assignment! 💪

When the orders get BIG, our teams step up even BIGGER! From working together to keeping things running smoothly, our Hamlin crew showed exactly what teamwork, dedication, and a commitment to great guest experiences look like.

At Sterling Subs, we're incredibly proud of the hardworking people behind every sub we serve. It's their energy, determination, and willingness to go the extra mile that make moments like these possible! 🌟

👏 A HUGE shoutout to our Hamlin team for knocking this one out of the park! You make us proud!

And to our guests, keep those big orders coming! We LOVE being part of your gatherings, celebrations, and special occasions! 🥪❤️

The power of positivity starts with leadership. 💚🥪

At our recent All Brands Manager Meeting, our leadership team had the opportunity to hear from Tom Sheker as he shared insights inspired by Jon Gordon’s The Power of Positive Leadership.

Great leadership is about more than running a successful shift. It’s about the energy we bring into our restaurants, the culture we create for our teams, and the example we set every day. A positive leader can turn challenges into opportunities, bring out the best in others, and create an environment where both our team members and guests feel the difference.

A huge thank you to Tom for spending time with our team, sharing his perspective, and reminding us just how powerful the right mindset can be.

We’re excited to take that positive energy back to our restaurants! 💚

❤️ COMMUNITY IMPACT IN ACTION ❤️

Thanks to the overwhelming support from our community, we were honored to present a $3,500 donation to the Cancer Wellness Center of NEPA, an organization doing truly meaningful work for individuals and families impacted by cancer throughout our region.

This fundraiser was about more than opening our doors, it was about showing up for our community in a real way, and we’re so grateful to everyone who came out, placed an order, shared our mission, and helped make this possible. 🙌

Thank you for helping us make a difference, one sub at a time. 🥖❤️

This award is all about recognizing team members who live out what hospitality really means, and Brandi is the perfect example of that. We’re incredibly proud to have her on our team!
