Hey Y’all! Just popping in with a quick update: I’m taking a little vacation this week, October 5–12, to avoid getting gray hairs at 24! 😆

I may not be in Tunica, but things are still moving full steam ahead at The Big Easy! If you’ve noticed updates have slowed down a bit, now you know why.

Starting next week (I know We've been saying this for the last 2 weeks but this is for real this time) you’ll want to keep an eye out. We’ve got some exciting things in the works, and I can’t wait to welcome y’all to the new and improved Big Easy Bar & Grill in just a few short weeks! 🎃🍻🎉

We caught up with the boss man to get the inside scoop on what’s happening behind the scenes at The Big Easy Bar & Grill Tunica,Ms. This time, we’re talking about the method behind the madness. 🛠️

First up: the size! If you've driven past lately, you already know the new build is absolutely massive. Connor breaks down the real reason behind the 6,800 square foot footprint—honestly, he just wanted a spot big enough to hang out with all of his buddies, so he basically built a massive living room disguised as a bar. 🛋️🍻

We also asked him how he manages to handle the stress of a huge construction project, running the party bus, and everything else on his plate. Turns out, his ultimate stress-relief strategy is keeping it simple—getting away from the tools and hitting the water for some summertime boating and duck hunting to clear his head. 🚤🦆

All proceeds directly benefit DeSoto Hope, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to ensuring no one feels forgotten during their cancer journey. Through Hope Baskets, travel grants, and scholarships, they provide critical encouragement to individuals and families impacted by cancer.✨💝

Bonus: The first 10 sign-ups on the day of the tournament receive a FREE koozie!

Work continues on the 6,800 square-foot bar build, updating the front of the building and renovating the restaurant area! 🥃🥩⚜️
