Mike and Jim grew up in Jersey and spent time on the West Coast, too, and bring the full range of great pizza and Italian cuisine to their restaurants in the Tulsa metro. That includes the dough, crusts, the sauces, dressings, mozzarella cheese – even the sausage is handmade at the store. No freezers, no microwaves, no rolling pins (we toss dough!) and no sheeters.

This classic American Pale Ale reflects the storied heritage of modern craft brewing, utilizing Cascade and Columbus hops, pale malts, and crisp, clean British Ale yeast. Light and easy-drinking while maintaining complexity and character.

Our friends at Dead Armadillo chose the beer and pizza from their beer selection and our pizza selection. They said this is one of their all-time favorite Andolini’s pizzas.

The original Fat Tire Amber Ale is back in limited quantities using the pre-reformulation recipe. Malt-forward with toasted malt, light caramel notes, and a balanced finish with mild hop bitterness.

We chose this one because it’s one of the beers that helped put craft beer on the national radar, and with such a limited release, it won’t be easy to find around town.

Paired with The Dom since the pizza works great with the maltiness and depth of the beer.

The Frederico: alfredo sauce, fresh spinach, speck, mushrooms.

People walk past it every time. And every single person he's convinced to try it orders it again. Every time. 🍕
