Beef Ribs will return this Wednesday, Bigger and Badder than Ever. We got our hands on some proper “Dino Ribs”. Each bone weighs close to 3 # raw. The second picture is for scale. That’s one of our serving trays at a 10” boning knife.
We are the only place we know of in Oklahoma serving these and we have a very limited amount so if you want to reserve yours, we’ll start accepting orders by phone at 9am on Tuesday or via this social media post.
