New things:

Langostino dip in that you can eat hot with chips or cold on a roll—as in lobster roll. It’s cheesy, well seasoned and dances on the tongue, baby.

Summery mushroom soup—chicken broth-based with a touch of cream, Oklahoma Mushroom Company’s lion’s mane mushrooms, Remy Martin VSOP brandy, Lenny Farm’s leeks, organic spinach . . . I like that it’s light and tasty.

Sweet and semi-spicy aioli with garlic, local leeks, lemon juice, dill—plays well with our buttermilk chicken tenders, y’all.

Get you some at Tulsa Farmers’ Market this Saturday, August 8th from 7:00 to 11:00 or my kitchen at 3309 South Harvard from 10:00 to 11:30—you can even get it in Norman on Sunday from 2:00 to 3:30 at Pub W’s parking lot.

Another round of hummuses for my vegan brethren:

Sun dried tomato relish with fresh dill.

Hungry Duck Farm’s sautéed shish*to peppers and Lenny Farm’s sautéed leeks with Tria Yang Farm’s chives.

Braised garlic and pistachio hummus with Tria Yang Farm’s mint.

Because hummus should be unusual, beautiful and tasty, y’all.

Get you some at Tulsa Farmers' Market this Saturday from 7:00 to 11:00 or at my kitchen this Saturday from 10:00 to 11:30.

I’ll open market at 7:00, but leave at 9:30 to set up for an open house tasting events throughout summer. That way I can beat the heat and give you an air-conditioned shopping alternative if you don’t want to sweat either.

Tapenade hummus with Kalamata and green olives, local onion, local mint.

Sautéed local leek and local shish*to hummus, local chives.

Come see me at Tulsa Farmers' Market on Saturday, August 1st. I will be there from 7:00 to 9:30 with my crew closing for me at 11:00. Then I will save myself from the heat and do store hours from 10:00 to 11:30. That way if you miss market you can still get my food.

New stuff for your house, y’all.

Come see me at Tulsa Farmers' Market this Saturday, August 1st. I will be there from 7:00 to 9:30, but my crew will close for me from 9:30 to 11:00.

I will be at my kitchen from 10:00 to 11:30 so that you can come in and shop in the comfort of an air-conditioned environment. This will be my new normal throughout summer.

Shown:

Truffle Gouda-based naanza (naan-based pizza) with sliced grilled southwestern chicken, grilled local tomatoes, grilled local onion, local scallion.

Remy Martin VSOP brandy cream naanza with seared local lion’s mane mushroom, local pecans, organic baby spinach, local dill.

Orzo in local pecan and local basil pesto with sliced grilled southwestern chicken, local tomatoes, sautéed spinach with Parmigiano Reggiano and local dill.
