Say hello to our newest sauce!!

We've created a traditional Verde sauce with tomatillos, jalapenos, garlic onion and cilantro. After we toss those boys, we hit it with a little cotija cheese.. pretty damn good!

I'm also experimenting with another sauce which combines that tomatillo sauce with a little garlic parmesan. The picture shows both.

House cut Yukon Gold potatoes, brined so they are nice and savory inside and out with a double fry in beef tallow served with homemade gravy!
