MIKE’S BBQ – also known in the mobile food world as EAT MIKES BBQ – is a food truck that occupies South Tulsa, just east of the Jenks Bridge. Proclaimed by many of his customers as the best ‘Q’ in Tulsa, the ribs are smoked to perfection, his brisket is mouth watering tender, and the pork butt is genuinely pulled and will not leave you disappointed. The yummy goodness doesn’t stop there - he's got
all the traditional sides: potato salad, made from scratch baked beans that will make you want to “slap your Mama”, and coleslaw - the perfect mix of sweet & crunchy. The serving sizes are ample and won’t leave you feeling hungry either. Although, you can always find MIKE’S at the Fiesta Mart at 91st & Delaware on Friday & Saturday, he occasionally pops up at other locations throughout town, including festivals, fundraisers, catering events, etc. Most recently you may have seen their famous cigar-smoking aviator pig logo at the Sam’s Club at Tulsa Hills (Hwy 75 & 71st Street).
