Tasting Notes:
The 2024 Roserock Pinot Noir captures aromas of black cherry, violet, and raspberry, layered with notes of dried herbs and coffee. On the palate, it’s vibrant and poised, with bright acidity carrying flavors of strawberry, plum, and subtle spice. While Pinot Noirs from the Eola-Amity Hills are typically known for their structure and power, Véronique Drouhin emphasizes Roserock’s elegant and refined qualities.
