We have been inundated with phone calls and emails for reservation request this week due to the media release of our final holiday season.
We apologize if you have not yet heard back from us yet. Emails and return calls are being worked as quickly as possible. If you have sent an email or have left a message please do not duplicate your request.
Our weekends in December are full.
When making a reservation request please leave your name, number of people in your party, 2 or 3 date choices and your cell phone number. Thank you so much for your support.

Just like we promised we will be opening back up for ONE LAST Celebrity holiday season🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄

Starting November 2nd, 5pm-10pm, Tuesday - Saturday‼️‼️

THE DECOR WILL BE UP‼️‼️

And yes, Mark Bryan will be back on the weekends 🎹 🎶🎹🎶🎹🎶🎹🎶

We are lucky to be able to bring back some of your absolute favorites in Todd, Gloria, Mark Anthony and Angie to take care of you this year‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Being that we are still super limited on staffing, we are going to have specified times to call and make reservations with our reservationist, Janet, who is also back with us to help out this year‼️‼️

Starting tomorrow, October 15th, she will be on the phones accepting calls
Monday - Fridays, 10am-6pm‼️‼️

We have had an overwhelming response to our temporary closure - reservations filled up almost immediately.
As we stated in our statement to close, we let you all know the staff shortage is a real and serious issue within the industry. Due to that problem we are limited to how many guest we can take and give adequate service to.
We are currently using kind hearted volunteers who have joined us for this last weekend to get us through.
All of that being said, we are completely booked for the remainder of the weekend, not a chair to spare.

We hope you keep this enthusiasm and eagerness to join us upon the reopening in the fall - until then, we thank you for this massive showing of love.

As many of you know the effects of an industry shutdown last year permanently closed many restaurants throughout the nation, even world.

Those who were able to or chose to reopen, did so, with limited capacity, heavy mandates and asked many who’s lives were upheaved and traumatically altered, to come back and work under duress.

For those who did so with us, we are so grateful.

Celebrity Fine Dining had only been reopened a few months after a grand reopening before COVID closed it down again, and well, we struggled.

Most of the staff could not return for health and safety reasons and those who did, did so with full hearts and effort, though skeletal in numbers.

They sold fine wine through a mask, routed their way around plexi separators and gave it their all during the holiday season that was so different for those who wanted to continue tradition with their families and friends.

The heart was there, but the damage had been done.

The industry didn’t just change, the people who had given many years of their lives to it were changed as well.
Due to some leaving the industry altogether (with our well wishes and full support) we have found ourselves unable to staff this particular restaurant.

There have been tears & farewells and some, we are happy to say, are staying with the Three Sirens family, just at our other concepts.

So for now, for the summer season at least, and until we can see a growth in the work force of this particular industry we will be closing the doors after this weekend, hoping to reopen in the the fall for the holiday season when we so enjoy seeing you!


We will be popping up with some fun ideas along the way to keep us in your minds & hearts and will even be hosting a few private events. ( if you’d like to do one yourself please let us know!)

So, this isn’t goodbye, but it is a small break, as we continue to heal and regroup from what COVID did do, support our sister concepts Bird & Bottle and the Brambles, and then come out on the other side better than ever.
